- How long does the Everyday Services Study take?
- About 15 minutes. You complete three short simulated online tasks (banking, medical appointment, license renewal) and answer brief questions. You can stop at any time.
- Is the Everyday Services Study anonymous?
- Yes. We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or device identifier in the research dataset. At the end you choose whether to keep or delete your answers.
- Who can participate?
- Adults worldwide who can read English, Spanish, or Brazilian Portuguese. Participation is voluntary.
- Are the tasks real?
- No. The banking transfer, medical appointment, and license renewal tasks are simulated. No money moves, no appointments are booked, and no government records are changed.
- Can I delete my answers?
- Yes. At the end of the study you can choose to keep your anonymous answers for research or delete everything with one click.
- What languages is the study available in?
- The study interface is available in English, Spanish (Latin American neutral), and Brazilian Portuguese. You can switch language at any time.
- Is this a clinical trial or medical study?
- No. This is an academic HCI research study about digital service experiences. It is not medical treatment or a clinical trial.
- Can I share the study with friends?
- Yes. After participating, you can invite others. The study is open to adults worldwide.
