What this study is
You complete three simulated online services (banking, medical appointments, and license renewal) and answer questions about your experience. Nothing is real — no money, appointments, or personal data are involved.
What we store
Your anonymous answers, ratings, and interaction timings on our server. On this device, a random code and your progress so you can resume. Data is kept for research and reported only in combined form.
What we never collect
We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or device identifier in the research dataset. The participant study does not use cookies.
Your choices
Taking part is voluntary — you may stop at any time. At the end, you choose whether to keep your answers in the study or delete everything with one click. If you leave before finishing, data is kept per the consent you gave.
