What this study is
You complete three simulated online services (banking, medical appointments, and license renewal) and answer questions about your experience. Nothing is real. No money, appointments, or personal data are involved.
What we store
Your anonymous answers, ratings, and interaction timings on our server. On this device, a random code and your progress so you can resume. Data is kept for research and reported only in combined form.
What we never collect
We do not collect your name, email, IP address, or device identifier in the research dataset.
Analytics tools
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Hotjar to understand how participants interact with the study pages. Vercel Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated page view data with no cookies. Hotjar may use cookies and session recording to help us improve the study experience. Hotjar does not capture keystrokes in form fields and does not collect personal information. You can opt out of Hotjar tracking at any time by enabling Do Not Track in your browser or by visiting Hotjar's opt-out page.
Your choices
Taking part is voluntary. You may stop at any time. At the end, you choose whether to keep your answers in the study or delete everything with one click. If you leave before finishing, data is kept per the consent you gave.
